Looking forward to see some pratical examples/ case studies of applying six sigma techniques in Application Developmemt and Maintenance projects as well.
In Six Sigma , variation is waste.And in Lean thinking , all no value addign activities are watse.But Six sigma and lean both aim at reducing waste.
